Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A person has insulted another's religion during a discussion. If he is arrested, can he get immediate bail and stay at home instead of jail since he has to look after his parents or does he have to spend some time in the lockup. What is strategy to avoid arrest in such cases if offended party is not willing to compromise eventhough apology is offered to him?
