Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

A person is in jail custody last 75 days in a false 302/201/394 case..his hearing date is on 23/3/11 in judge court.that day he complete 82 days. can hon'ble judge given bail to him. if police filled charge sheet that day. what can i do after not getting bail. can i transfered to high court.

pl give your valueable advise.

What role the police has given him in the FIR . This is going to very important in applying for bail. And if the police do not file the Charge sheet within 90 days then the accused will get bail automatically by applying to the court.

If your question is about bail in default, then same is available if police fail to file charge sheet in 90 days.
