Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

A person A ,with some land in his name, died in 1954 then a person B prepared a fraudulent Power of Attorney of A in 1962 and selling that land of A to me . I approached SHO with supporting documents but he didn't act then I went to DSP , no action then I wrote to SSP and got receipt no . of my application and after one month I sought action report under RTI-05 and got the information " information cat b given becoz the application is yet with SHO for inquiry ." I have approached to DIG who guided me to go to SSP and DSP again . What to do next ?

what is the status of inquiry with the SHO. in case you were sold the land that C was not having title to and is based upon the forged POA, then is there any other person apart from you, who filed any litigation against C. is the revenue department refusing the mutate the entire land in ur favour. give details.
