Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A person lodged complaint under sc/st act. Local police enquired and found it to be false complaint. While police calling to the station to give warning and get statement from him, he using political influence to silence police. Police kept the complaint pending. I dont have copy of the complaint to proceed to court for claiming damage. Please let me know how i file case against him for false complaint or to claim damage.
