Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A person sent me a notice that he purchased a SBI Life Policy Rs. 30000/- on 27/03/2007 now the said policy was forfieted by said co. I have booked this policy on the behalf of Bank as bank is a corporate agent of SBI Life Ins. Co. Ltd. That persone sent me notice in my personal name and threatining me to sent 2-3 false notice as i had received 30000/- before 3 years from a other person and no policy was issued to him and i had received 50000/- from a lady for give a job in bank. These alligations are base less but i am worried about it. As per law what i should do for those false and baseless legal notices. Is it necessery to give answer every fake notice by advocate. Can that person file a false case against me in civil OR criminal court.

yes any one can file case. the other side has to prove falsity of the case.
It is advisable to reply a advocate's notice thru an advocate denying false allegations and stating true facts
Take suitable action in accordance with law.
