Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

a person A, an owner of a share of land, died in 1954 then another person B another shareholder, prepared a Power of Attorney of A in 1962 and sold A's share to C and got back in 1996 and sold to me with his own share . I went to SHO, DSP and then wrote to SSP . After one month I sought action report under RTI-05 from SSP n he informed me as " Information can't b given as the application is with same SHO for inquiry . I have approached to DIG who directed me to SSP >>DSP again. What to do now ???

what is the status of inquiry with the SHO. in case you were sold the land that C was not having title to and is based upon the forged POA, then is there any other person apart from you, who filed any litigation against C. is the revenue department refusing the mutate the entire land in ur favour. give details.
