Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
When a person is said to be prosecuted? If police registers a complaint against a person,conducts investigation and concludes that the person is innocent..will we say that the person was prosecuted?When does the process of prosecution start-after the registration of complaint or after the police has completed investigation and filed charges in court?
