if a person has used slangs on mobile for a single time can a fir can be lodged on that person

it wud depend upon what kind of slang is used. iN fact slang does not find any place in IPC. However if it directly plays with the modesty or is a gesture otherwise not acceptable, fir may be registered even if it is first time
