You do not have to bother for the IPC SECTIONS. You may write your complaint narrating all the facts briefly in a chronological order. The complaint may be sent by registered a.d. post and addressed to :
a) The STATION HOUSE OFFICER of the Police Station of your area; and
b) The Superintendent of Police, of the District of your area.
Advice of Adv. Goel is correct.
Ys Mr. Goel is right and for your information, the complaint will be under section 420 IPC.
