If "A" person stolen "B" person document and used for purchase a mobile sim card,and used since january 2011 till the date,without informing "B"person.When"A" person threatening "B" person to use this mobile sim card against him."B" inquired the related mobile service provider about the mobile sim was issued by which name at that time "B" was confirmed that sim was issued by "B" name under which sec.of crpc and cyber law"A"is punishable
