Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
can a person be sued if he has given false statement to court while filing case , already case is compromised in court we have agreed to settle amount , but he is not person who had lended money and also he is just middle class man inspite told court that he had lended 20lakhs

yes, a person who has given false statement in the court, can be sued even if the matter stands compromised.
