Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
if a person takes a accused who after commitng crime of 307 under ipc came to him and after this he takes the accused to hospital knowlingly that accused has commited crime and after this the person who has taken the accused tries to hide the identity of accused to police to save accused from police in hospital. CAN THE PERSON HELPING THE ACCUSED BE CHARGED AND UNDER WHAT SECTION .CAN HE BE A CO ACCUSED IN THE SAM CASE OF 307.

the person can be charged for destruction of evidence but not for attempt to murder.
