where a person transfer his property so that his creditors shall not have any thing out of the property, what we call for that type of transfer?

There is a saying : "Ignorance is bliss."
A person cannot transfer a better title in a property than what he possesses.

A transfer with an intention to defraud creditors is not a valid transfer.
