Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i have taken personal loan from company & given blank cheque to them but they have deposited that cheque purposely for bounce after my resignation. they have filed case in pune but in mumbai high court counded & paid by me final amt rs.35000 but they have applied in supreme court & as per sc coumpounding not allowed in this case. now what can i do?

sec.138 of NEG.INST.ACT IS COMPOUNDABLE ,IT IS WRONGLY INFORMED U COMPOUNDING IS NOT ALLOWED
