Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I took a personal loan from idbi bank , i was abale to pay 9 emi properly , after that i was abale to give another 2 emi in 2 yerars, but i was failed to continue the emi regularly, i asked them to negotiate and take a portion of emi & incraese my tennure, but they denied & used my blank cheque which was given to them as a security, they asked a big amount from me, kindly suggest me how to get rid of from this case , i am ready to pay them at a time with as minimum amount as possible.
