Can photo copies taken on record
Pl.clarify whether Court can take on record xerox copies submitted by prosecution?
Can witness be allowed to bring additional documentary evidence during trial when he called upon for deposition?

Yes evidence act contains both the provisions.

Secondary evidence is admissible in the circumstances provided under the Evidence Act.
Relevant mew material can be produced.
