Dear sir I am 62yrs old. Me ne 5 saal pehle apni dukaan kiraye prdi thi muje kiraya hr saal time pe milta raha.pichle 1.5 saal se tanent ne kiraya band krdya hai or daava kr ra hai ke budhe tune hume apni dukaan bechi hai or tune GPA pr sign krke diye hain.Me ne logo se kaha to logo ne kaha kiraye ka case daaloge to 50 saal chalege.Ispe forgery ka case daal do jub tihaar jayega to apne aap khali krega.Me ne police me complaint ki forgery ki police ne tanent se paisa kha liya or koi karravahi nai ki.Phir me ne 156/3 daali u/s 420/468/471/406 to tanent ne bhi mere khilaaf complaint daal di thane me ke budhe ne hume sign krke diye hain GPA pr 3 gavaho ke samne or tanent ne mere khilaaf 156/3 bhi daal di u/s 420/406 maine tanent ko koi bhi sign nai krke diye.Tanent ne jaali signature vaali GPA ki copy court me lagaie hai or tanent kehta hai ke ye budhe ke sign hain.Court kehti he ke pehle FIR darj hogi phir sign fsl jaanch ke lian sign jayenge rule y hai .Court keh rahi hai ke dono ke khilaaf FIR hogi dono andar jayenge dono ki complaint h.1 saal ho gaya 12 tarrekhe par chuki hain dono case ek saath sunte hain judge.Me kya karoon court taarikh pe pareekh diye jaa rahi hai.From where can I take quick FIR order against guilty tanent

Consider anticipatory bail.

Also consider filing civil suit.

Sarv Pratham, dono kee shikayaton ko parna jaruri hai. Us ke paas dukan bechne ke kya kya paper hain. Kya paise kee bhee rasid hai? Aap ko ek dava to inn sabhee kagzon ko rad karne ke liya declaration ka daalna hoga. FIR ke liye allegation parna jaruri hai.
