if photocopy of charge sheet is not cleare/unable to read /mis printed ...then at this stage may I request to court that kindly adjorned arguement of framing of charge and issue me fresh copy of charge sheet which should readable

you may request but court may ask you why dont you apply earlier before date of hearing.
but dont worry, court will provide but it is discretion of the court and not your right.
An Accused is entitled to a complete and clear copy of charge sheet. Further, accused is also entitled to be heard on the charges proposed.
You may surely apply for copy and adjournment till receipt of copy applied for.
I agree with Adv Nahar
the charge sheet needs to be legible and the prosecution is bound to supply you a legible charge sheet.
