Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am Physically Handicapped with 80%. My wife left me(due to my disability and to make case genuine and to get clean chit) after file false 498 against me police forced me to pay 4 lakhs i frightened and i gave her 4 lakhs to got rid off the case as compensation and we separated after an agreement. after six months she married second time with out any divorce ( an agreement was signed that the divorce is necessary by court but she unable to do so), now after her married i file the bigamy and adultery case against her. what will happened. what can i do now? she is very kameene? please suggest me appropriate solution? Please please suggest me so that i win the case?

Your case is a valid one but the agreement of separation stands as an hindrance to win your case. Moreover you can collect evidence and witness to prove the adultery and bigamy against the said lady.
