Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can a PIA (Passport Issuing Authority) refuse passport renewal application if a person has criminal case pending in the court?
As per Indian constitution - Human Rights - Right to Liberty, Employment etc.. no person shall be denied of Passport.
Any help would be appreciated.

You may request for a copy of the refusal order and get its legality examined. If the order is illegal, you may recourse to law by filing appropriate petition.
