Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I plan to travel to Bombay but had a bad time the last time I was assulted sexually (but not raped) this time I want to bring a stun gun with me. This is not a gun that shoots bullets it just shocks the person. Google stun guns if you are not sure. I just want to know if it is legal in India and if I can press charges against someone who has assulted me?

am not sure whether stun guns are legal in india. but for sexual assault, you can call the police.
