pls suggest me.
i got divorce case transferred from supremecourt from ranchi to vadodara.also my hisband's transfer petition has been dismmissed which he has filled for DV and 498 filled by me in baroda.Tomoroow i got notice from high court of ranchi that he has filled petition at ranchi cr mp 1707/09 for quashing of 498 and DV on basis that place of offecnce is ranchi so how case can be filled at baroda.pls suggest me can my case be quanched.Dv case is on order this month.pls help me out.can he get stay order for this.
