Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Pls suggest me what is the punishment for fight which occurs between two relatives.Hys hsuband called us(myself, brother, mother and father) at his residence.there he mis behaved with me.so fight occured between my parents and husband.His servant slaped my brother.so fight too place.in which my brother and my husband was injured.both went ot police station.FIR was launched from both the parties.then me and my parents returned to our state.thereafter we came to know that his case went to police station and no action was taken against our FIR.Also medical examination was done of both my brother and my hussband.we are having copy of that.next day my husband had submitted medical that he had been fractured.i am staying with my parents in gujarat.case is filled in bihar.my father is the only person who is taking care of whole family including my daughter.please suggest me how to come out of this case.also we cant travel such a long distance.my fahter and brother are traped because of me.how to save them?
