Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
if the police accidentally, negligently or deliberately omits something from the chargesheet, then can that omission be introduced later during cross examination or at some other point in the case with the consent of the magistrate? what is the relevant section in the Cr.P.C for this?

If any thing is left out in the main chargesheet, then a supplimentery charge sheet can alwasy be filed.
