Police assistance

Inspite of having a Writ against the District Registrar, If a District Registrar releuctantly refuse to give records of particular document to the Petitioner, Can the Petitioner take Police assistance directly to get the records.

You cancomplaint to the court and ask the court to give police assistance for getting records directly.

No, you may consider filing an application in the writ and make the court aware about reluctance of person concerned in obeying court order. The court may consider if it is appropriate to provide you police assistance or deal with the situation in some other manner.
