Vide ddr dt.28-06-2007.The actual position is that my wife was criminally assaulted on dt.27-06-2007 and her medical examination was also conducted at general hospital by the police.I and my wife had made several representations, reminders to dc,ig,ssp, home secretary, governor cum administrator, chandigarh.,but of no avail.Instead, the sho of sector 19 police station, chandigarh in connivance with si sohan singh and nri landlady, including her criminal counsel has booked me and my wife u/s 107/150 cr.P.C.
