Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If police filed 173 CRPC REPORT (charge sheet) in a case before concerned court then after filing charge sheet Can police call accused for examination in police station or Can police file a remand application in court of accused after filing charge sheet?

Under s.173(8) if the officer incharge Obtain further evidence,he shall forward to the court
