Police filed FIR for 498a case,but more than one year gone but charge sheet is not prepared, pls advice me.

In view of law laid down by supreme court in Sakiri Vasu, a Magistrate has powers of supervision over the investigation.
Consider approaching the Magistrate concerned with appropriate application with appropriate prayers.

delay of charge sheet in such cases is normal. however, you may approach the PP of the court for remedy.

the police may be compelled to file the charge sheet but generally in such cases, they do not do so.
