Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
What can you do if the Police forced me to admit a crime which I didn't do. FIR is lodged for sending sms of life threat from a mobile number.
I dont have any connection from mobile number which is used in FIR.

confession made before police is not admissible in evidence. in case the mobile does not belong to you, you may seek quashing of the fir.
