Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Police harassment
Dear Sir/Madam,
My younger brother is harassed by police. He is always framed in cases which he is not involved in. They torture him in police stations for weeks and take money from me and leave him without any documentation. This time he is framed in a murder case and sent to jail, which he has no relation with. my family is going through hardship. Please suggest me a way to safeguard my brother from these troubles in future.
thanks,
kalim

Re: Police harassment
You can approach superior police officers and then the High Court.
Re: Police harassment
its difficult to understand that why someone is being framed again and again without any fault. there must be something which is hidden so its better to take advice in person.
however u can make complaints to commissioner of police and contact media also.
Re: Police harassment
UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES YOUR BROTHER WAS FRAMED. DO ELABORATE THEM. how can the police act in such an unlawful manner. this case pertains to which state. you should immediately approach the NHRC in case you can prove gross violation on the part of police officials+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
