Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Police implicates me u/s107 crpc by false complaint made by one woman i strongly oppose all charges in front of ACP & ask for inquiry they issue me a notice on 20th june 2011 but within prescribed time limit of 6 months they can't frame a charge against me or ordered to give a bond & security now they have right to take action against me
