Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

when the police tell you that they can remove you from the chargesheet using a B-summary certificate or using the report 169,what does it mean??

I am an engineering student and a victim of impersonation.I have been charged under section 420,467 ,468 and 34 of the IPC. The person who has forged the documents in reality has been arrested by the police. The FIR has been lodged in my name by the Ordinance factory. I already have got the bail and it is very obvious that i am the victim. The police are yet to file the charge sheet after 5 months of the ordnance factory lodging the FIR.

I want to know if the Police remove my name from the Charge sheet,am i free ??

will this hamper my future career prospects.

i have applied for a passport ,will i get it without any hassles??

In case of false complaint, police can file B Summary Report and where no case is made out against the accused arrested by police, a report U/s.169 is filed.

However, these reports can either be accepted or rejected by the Court. Depending on the order of the Court, matter may reach finality.
