Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
can police submit in revision of the trial court in the sessions that session judge does not have the power to summon them in 156(3) thus producing a citation by allahbad high court.Do we have any citations overruling the above citation or should I move High Court under 482 by withdrawing from sessions.
