I am in pondicherry my wife filed false dowry case, i can send a compliant petition to registered post to coimbatore magistrate its possible or not using registered post.

any criminal court requires the territorial jurisdiction and then physical presence of the complainant for court to take prima facie evidence before summoning the accused persons.
