In signature dispute case Complainant ki taraf se156/3 or Accused ki taraf se 1 maheena baad thane me cross complaint krne ke baad cross 156/3 ke maamle Court dono ke case ek saath lga ke kehti hai ke pehle FIR hogi phir sign jaanch ke lian jayenge.Dono me se ek ghoota hai or ek suchcha or Dono pe FIR hone ki possiblity hai.Kyonki seller kehta hai ke Isne meri property forge signature maarke ownership transfer karane ki koshish ki hai or forge documents ke sahara maalik bn raha hai iske against purchaser keh raha hai ke Isne muje apni property bachi or mere 3 brothers ke saamne sign kiye. FIR hone ke baad Seller or purchaiser dono jail jayenge 1 ghoota hai doosra suchha Kya FIR krvaane se pehle court sign fsl jaanch ke lian nahin bhej sakti?Jisse sirf ghoota jail jaye or sachha bahar rahe.Kya sachhe aadmi ke lian koi aiasa kannon nahin he jo uski madad kre or FIR hone se pehle sign fsl jaanch ke lian bhijvaye jaa skein.I.O. court ke saamne sign fsl jaanch ke lian bhej ne ki baat kahi to court ne usse kha ke bina F.I.R kiye kaise bhej dooge tum jaanch ke lian phir uske baad taarekh pe taarekh pare ja rahi hai har date par vahi arguement hoti hai phir court likhdeti hai file par put up for considresation or phir vahi put up 4 same

Examination of handwriting/signature is only one of the aspect of investigation in an offence of forgery.

Therefore, first registration of FIR is to be made and then investigation.
