My criminal complaint is pending in court from May.What r the grounds of preponement of case in court .MY Preponement application is dissmised in court.My preponement appplication was that 2 unidentified persons thereatened me knife threat for withdraw of present case.On hearing date I not agreed for withdraw of case.therefore applicant feels risk of knife attack and need of early hearing of case I requested to court for early hearing but my application dismised.

Your facts are inadequate for forming appropriate opinion. If an application is dismissed by trial court, you may have a remedy before higher court - Sessions Court or the High Court. You may consider engaging a counsel to provide you adequate legal assistance on the basis of your pleadings and court order.

has the criminal case of threatening already been registered or this is a different criminal case u talking about. whether the accused wanted you to withdraw the present criminal case thereby threatened u with knives....clarify.
