Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
In the present case the Magistrate has joined 1 month before and he is the 5th Magistrate after case is filed in 2002.whether it is required by law that the judicial Magistrate is required to read carefully entire papers of the case before he starts trial?
what is the exact provision?
If the accused counsel observed that the Magistrate has not studied the case properly,what remedy he has ?

If the order passed by Magistrate is faulty, you may remedy of appeal / revision before next higher court.
