In the present case it is observed that
The complainant has filed criminal case against the defendant [criminal case].
also same complainant has filed case in consumer court and
also same complainant has filed case in district court by adding him as accused for the case of 138
can the accused raise objection for the same?
which case can continue if the consumer court case the court has granted stay in favour of defendants,
under section 138 case the complainants advocate has filed pursis in favour of defendant.
what action has to be contemplated by the defendant in criminal court?
