Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
In the Present criminal case which is at the stage of framing of Charge for last two years.
If the Accused feels that the Investigation of this case is not completed in proper manner
and the real culprits are outside and are not been brought to books.
What is the Procedure to be followed by the counsel of the accused for reinvestigation of the case to be ordered.
