Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
can i present my self and tell my greivences infront of judge of highcourt..? 2morow there is my hearing in highcourt ( criminal misc.application)...i hv no trust on my lawyer..he vl make my case weak,even though my case is strong.i hv made 2 pages of letter in which i hv writedown my grivences, and attach my husband's income proof also..can i do this...?

You may change or withdraw your lawyer and conduct your personally with the permission of the court. The court may give you adequate opportunity to present your case "in person".
