Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am presently staying in indore madhya pradesh

My wife has filed a fake 498A case against me and my family on 26.05.10

We fot AB on 04.06.10

On 19.07.10 we got the permanent bail from court

On 27.07.10 my wife filed one more fake complaint of threatning and abusing ( 294 )

On basis of that she filed one applictaion in district court to cancel the AB

Application was rejected by session court as permanent bail was already given

I have also filed divorce petition on 20.07.10 in family court

I have got one v good government job offfer in himachal pradesh

Is it feasible for me to leave the city at this stage or it will be difficult to mange all the dates from other city

please advise as it is good opputunity but at the same time I dont want to mess my 498A and divorce case

It is true that on most of the dates you have to be present in the Court. Further hire the sevices of a good Lawyer who can help you incase you are unable to present your self on certain dates. It is your wish to join the services.
