how can i prevent my husband not to go abroad when 498a and divorce case is pending?can i inform to passport authority?

no u should inform this story to the court were the present cases are pending and pray to the court for the seize of his passport in the 498a case

498a is not a heinous offence and the accused may apply to the court for the permission to travel abroad.
