Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my previous question:
if any person left his wife by saying he is going out of station for official work for some days and didn't come back till 2 years and sends letter to his father in law that "sorry i cannot come back now, whatever you have done for me and supported economically, thanks for that" nobody knows where is he and wife getting problem due to him. so how can we find him. is there any legal procedure to search him.

there is a legal procedure for the same. in case his whereabouts are not known, a missing report can be filed.
but i want to know what to do after filing missing report? will police search out him throughout the india?
