Is there any procedure to be followed to get an email summons?
and further we have filed a case for IPC 498 and domestic violence , ipc 125 and hindu marriage act against my father/mother in-law and husband,so is it possible to live at their home with him?

U can get residential order under domestic violence and e-mail summons only issued by court

The code of criminal procedure does not provide for service of summons by email.
