Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
what is the procedure if father want to disassociate(bedakhal) son and wife .my son's wife went to women cell by false accusing dowery and harassement my whole family and lateron demanded separate residence.we were forced to accept and they started living separately. Now she is again threatenning for doing the same.Can bedakhli may prevent my family some security from 498a what is the best procedure for bedakhali regarding this matter
