What is the procedure of filling written petition by petitioner in person in supreme court of india against negligence in operation by doctors of lok nayak goverment hospital in year 1997 as previosly no case has been filled in this regards i want to file a fresh case in supreme court in person without help of lawyer

can i send a wrritten letter to supreme court by registered post for my petition

please assist me in this regards

Direct approach to the Hon'ble Supreme Court, that too after such a long period may not be maintainable.

It is too late in the day to think of filing any petition before Supreme Court now. You would be wasting your as well as Courts time.

you may file a complaint before the consumer court. but the limitation would be an issue.
