Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Under the procedure of law in my case under P.C.act,One witness of Prosecution has been examined as chief Examination by P.P And Crossed Examined by Defence Advocate , After Cross Exam the PP wanted to re-exam the witness and prayed to Court orally Which is declined by Court orally.Since PP has not moved any written request to the court and Thereafter Next Witness has been called up for Chief Examination by P.P.

Now under any Circumstances if the witness can be called again by court/PP/ defence advocate?.
