Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

what is the procedure to withdraw a case lodged for missing person ? Can we send required documents through post ? how can we know whether the case is closed or not in the latter case ? Do we get any confirmation of case withdrawl ?

We have provided self signed documents from the missing person and from ourselves. Still police calling us to come to station every after week? What are our rights if police demands for money for this purpose also ? where we can complain about these ?

If you are referring to report to police about a missing person, then there is no case registered.

There can not be any right in cases of bribes. If you think local police are harassing you, you may approach superior police officers or court.
