what is procedures for the apply an anticipatory bail, in my case police never lodged the FIR.and they are trying to put ipc 420.468. give me the any sollution for this

But sir i have one lawyer he took the money from my pocket and he lied regarding this case. And he is helping the police.and My opp party.Till this date FIR is not put.I want know sir Is there anticipatory bail for IPC sec 420.468. ..?

An application for anticipatory bail may be maintainable only after FIR is registered.
you may move an application for anticipatory bail and ask the court to give directions to the police that they should give you seven days notice before arresting you, once the FIR is lodged, giving you ample time to seek anticipatory bail.
