Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi. I am in the process of writing a murder mystery novel. I have a legal doubt which is what if a man has died because he had been poisoned, shot in the head and his office had been bombed by three different people who are unknown to each other. Who will be liable to face the consequences and what should be the punishment?

In such cases the cause of death has to be ascertained. The person whose act has lead to murder will be liable for murder under Sec 300 and punished under section 302 of Indian Penal Code with death penalty or imprisonment for life.

Dear Sir / Madam,

India follows the capital punishment system for criminals. Better still, I think your local Perambur, Purasavalkam Police Station in Chennai will be in a better position to address your hypothetical mystical concerns.
